Your local Modern Amenities operator restocks on a schedule and handles cleaning, servicing and repairs. Your team doesn't need to buy stock or maintain the machine.

How does the revenue share work?

You receive an agreed percentage of sales from your machine, paid monthly with a sales report. Your split depends on your location and foot traffic. We'll explain the terms on the first call.

Does my facility qualify?

We serve apartments, offices, hotels, gyms and other commercial facilities across 250+ US cities. Most locations with 50 or more people on site each day qualify. Send your details and we'll call within 24 hours to check your location and foot traffic.
